I know what it’s like to sit in your chair.

For over a decade, I worked in global corporations across different industries, leading an international, interdisciplinary team and working closely with executives responsible for anywhere from 200 to 20,000 people.

I’ve been right there—leading teams through change, holding space, and learning where boundaries mattered most. As a Change Manager for a global organization of nearly 2,000 employees, I’ve felt the weight of decisions that impact both the business and the people in it.

Over the years, one truth kept surfacing: the most effective leaders aren’t the ones who push harder. They’re the ones who create clarity, set healthy boundaries, and lead with presence.

That’s why I trained as a systemic coach — to help leaders like you strengthen not just your strategy, but the way you show up in it.
