Ich am Isabel. Coach.
Yoga Instructor.
I support women like you on their journey back to themselves –
with depth, compassion, and a clear perspective.
I know what it’s like to lose yourself.
And I know how it feels to (re)discover yourself.

My path
For many years, I lived to perform. Focused on the outside. Caught in the cycle of functioning.
Whether it was as a seemingly successful leader, in (toxic) relationships, or under the pressure I put on myself.
The turning point came when my body sent clear signals – and I finally started to listen.
Yoga and coaching became key pillars to reconnect with myself – with my body, my inner voice, my truth.
Today, I live and work from a place of deep clarity.
I guide women on their path of reconnection – not faster, not „perfect,“ but real.
What I stand for
💫 Depth over superficial tools
🌀 Connection over self-optimization
✨ Truth over roles
🫶 Presence over judgment
My work today
I combine systemic coaching, somatic work & yoga to create a space that guides you into your own depth – clearly, lovingly, and effectively.
I work with successful women, with mothers, with sensitive, strong, searching women.
I work with you – if you’re ready to meet yourself and come back to your full being.
A little more about me ✨
I live in Oppenau with my husband.
I love deep conversations, nature, movement – and that moment when a client truly connects with herself again.
